INDUSTRIA acquired the residential rental object at Haldesdorfer Strasse 113, 113 a and 115 in Hamburg in December 2021 for the open-ended real estate special fund “Wohnen Deutschland IV” as part of a forward deal. The L-shaped apartment building in the Bramfeld district has five full storeys and a staggered storey and was built on a plot of land measuring 2,145 square meters. The 4,826 square meters of living space are divided into 51 privately financed residential units, including 17 two-bedroom, 28 three-bedroom and six four-bedroom apartments. All have underfloor heating, a fitted kitchen and a balcony, loggia or terrace. The property, built to the KfW 55 EE standard, also includes an underground garage with 31 parking spaces.
