INDUSTRIA completed the new-build project Hannover Kronsrode for the special fund WD VII in the second quarter of 2023. The project comprises 117 residential units with 7,670 m² of living space, 310 m² of commercial space and 82 underground parking spaces.

Under the motto "Out in the city", the new home offers the best of both worlds: urban flair and rural proximity. It will be the largest new development area in Hanover, with housing associations investing around 500 million euros in the project on the southern edge of the Expo district, which is intended to help ease the housing market. Around 90 percent of these will be rental flats, 22% of which will be subsidised, making them affordable even for middle-income earners. In total, an area of approx. 53 hectares will be developed - including a connecting, spacious city park and a large number of public squares, which will provide ample opportunity to enjoy a relaxed life in your new home.
