Dual study programme in real estate business administration

Study and training in one. The dual study programme is a combination of university studies and business practice - varied and challenging. Every three months, you will switch between the Baden Württemberg Cooperative State University in Mannheim (DHBW) and the practical phase at INDUSTRIA. In this course, you will gain comprehensive knowledge in the areas of project planning, financing, construction measures, real estate law, facility management, letting and marketing of properties and other topics relating to real estate.

You will be able to apply the theoretical knowledge you have acquired directly in the day-to-day business of the company. During the practical phases at INDUSTRIA, you will pass through the Asset Management, Property Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Controlling and Risk Management departments.

The high-quality degree programme brings excellent opportunities for an adequate career start and forms the basis for excellent career opportunities.

From the outset it was clear to me that a dual study programme was the right thing for me. I have often noticed that I find it easier to learn when I can combine the theoretical knowledge I have learned with practical experience and apply it directly. I particularly like the fact that you are familiarised with the working world right from the start and that you already know exactly what to expect after graduation. In addition, you have the chance to complete your Bachelor's degree within 3 years and, at the same time, gain a lot of professional experience.

Through my vocational baccalaureate with a focus on economics, I have already consolidated the first basic elements in the field of economics and realised that economic topics are suited to me and that I enjoy them. I was introduced to the real estate sector by my family. So it was very clear to me that the Real Estate Management degree programme was the right choice for my professional career.

In real estate, you experience a great deal of variety, interesting topics and have great career opportunities. The real estate sector is a future-proof industry with many different opportunities and forms one of Germany’s largest business sectors.

After my very informative and varied interview, I knew immediately that INDUSTRIA was the right practical partner for my dual studies. At INDUSTRIA, you have the opportunity to get to know many different areas of the real estate world and you are accompanied by a friendly and motivated team.

I am very happy to be able to do a 2-month internship before starting my dual studies. This will allow me to get to know the company environment and the team and familiarise myself with the real estate industry. I was welcomed at INDUSTRIA with many new insights and positive conversations and I am excited about the upcoming time and am looking forward to starting my dual studies.

Practice and not just dry theory - that's important to me. That's why it was clear to me towards the end of my secondary education that it had to be a dual study programme. Internalising what you have learned and actively applying it is the main advantage of dual studies for me. From the very beginning, you are part of the business world and don't have to worry about getting the dreaded practical shock at the end of your studies. In addition, you get a monthly salary right from the start.

Real estate interests me. The Real Estate Management degree programme will open up many opportunities for my professional development.

The topic is future-proof, super varied and innovative.

I discovered INDUSTRIA through my own research. I was quickly convinced by the corporate philosophy, the professional concept and the many years of market experience. Especially here, there is the opportunity to get to know different facets of the real estate industry.

I have now been part of the INDUSTRIA team for two years. The experiences from the practical phases have consolidated the theory and an ever sharper picture is emerging.

I find alternating between the various departments and teams particularly positive. That's exactly what allows me to gain diverse insights into the company and the industry - and my expertise is growing.

I am looking forward to the approaching final year of studies and am motivated to piece together the final pieces of the puzzle.
