Behzad Fahim

My name is Behzad Fahim, I am 23 years old and come from Afghanistan. I have been living in Nidderau in the Main-Kinzig district since 2016.

After intensive German lessons and a one-month internship at Sparkasse Hanau, I completed an entry-level qualification as a bank clerk at Degussa Bank from October 2017 to July 2019.

After the summer holidays in 2021, I will start my third year of training as a real estate agent at INDUSTRIA.

I am very interested in this line of work and I am glad that INDUSTRIA made it possible for me to continue my training without major constraints, even during the Corona crisis. In the school year 2020/2021, the vocational school was partly digital and partly face-to-face.

During my apprenticeship, I am being acquainted with all departments and their various tasks. With my commitment and ambition, I hope to finish my apprenticeship next year with a successful exam result.
I am happy to be an apprentice at INDUSTRIA.

Alessio Pizzuto

I have been working at INDUSTRIA since January 2020. I started as a part-time trainee and was able to get an initial impression of the company. From March 2020 I worked as a temp at INDUSTRIA, which allowed me to gradually gain more positive impressions of the company.
Because I had never worked in the real estate industry, I was a little worried at first that I wouldn't be able to find my way around. My fears were soon allayed. The understanding and supportiveness of the entire staff was extremely helpful for me; I felt I was good hands right from the start.

Thanks to the variety of tasks I received from my colleagues, I was able to expand my knowledge of the real estate industry in a very short time and gain a lot of experience.

Due to the great atmosphere, the cooperativeness and the tolerance of the inexperienced, it became clear to me after the first few weeks at the company that I would like to train as a real estate agent. This wish was made possible for me here.

I feel very comfortable at INDUSTRIA and am grateful for the amazing opportunity to successfully complete my training here and to contribute to the company's success.
