The job description of a real estate agent is extremely diverse, as real etate agents deal with all aspects relating to real estate. Customer service plays as important a role as the efficient management of real estate, and residential or commercial properties. As such, it is vital that you enjoy dealing with people, are empathetic, have an interest in law and economics and have proficient mathematical skills.
Building upon this, our trainers provide you with comprehensive knowledge in the areas of asset management, sales, marketing, office management, controlling, risk management and accounting and finance.
The training programme generally lasts three years. However, it is possible to shorten the training period depending on your school-leaving certificate and performance. You will attend vocational school twice a week, where you will learn the necessary theoretical knowledge. At the company, you will work in our teams on day-to-day business operations to quickly and reliably familiarise yourself with the practical side of things.
After completing the apprenticeship, there are various opportunities open to you for continuing down your professional career path. With further training as a real estate specialist or real estate economist, you will pave the way for rewarding career opportunities.

When I was studying for my Abitur (higher education entrance qualification), I thought about which careers and topics I was interested in. I quickly concluded that I find real estate exciting and that I want to familiarise myself with it. Therefore, I decided to start an apprenticeship as a real estate management assistant once I finished my Abitur. After a successful interview with INDUSTRIA, I was keen to get to know my future work routine and gather initial experience even before I officially started my apprenticeship.
INDUSTRIA was happy for me to do this, and so I spent three months working in the Asset & Property Management department between finishing my Abitur and starting my apprenticeship. This allowed me to familiarise myself with both the team and the place where I would train in the future. I was delighted to have this opportunity. I was especially pleased that my colleagues made time for me from the beginning, showing and explaining many processes to me.
I am excited about the first year of my apprenticeship and am looking forward to being part of the INDUSTRIA team!

I am Ayoub, 21 years of age, and eager to apply myself to my apprenticeship as a real estate agent. I began as an intern at INDUSTRIA in June 2022 in the Asset & Property Management department in the Service division. After my internship, I started my apprenticeship in September and am learning more about the real estate sector every day.
Thanks to the pleasant working environment and the helpfulness of my colleagues, I quickly realised that I wanted to be a part of INDUSTRIA in the future.
Since the profession fits in with my personal interests and preferences and INDUSTRIA is a professional training company, I would like to learn the profession here.
You learn to take on responsibility and are valued and taken seriously by your colleagues.
In my opinion, mutual respect for each other is very important and this is definitely the case at INDUSTRIA.
I am looking forward to completing my apprenticeship at INDUSTRIA and keeping my fingers crossed for the future apprentices.
