I have been working at INDUSTRIA in asset and property management since 2008. From 2008 to 2011, I completed a dual course of study in Real Estate Management with INDUSTRIA as my training company. As Senior Property Manager, I have also been working as a trainer in our company since this year and have therefore switched from trainee to trainer - a topic I find very exciting. I am looking forward to the challenges of introducing young people to our company, familiarising them with the tasks & the team and winning them over to INDUSTRIA.

I am delighted to be able to work for INDUSTRIA as a trainer, among other things. With us, the trainees and dual students have the opportunity to get an overview of all business areas in the real estate industry at one office location. This allows them to gain a detailed insight into all technical and commercial departments and, during the training period, to decide for themselves in which area they would like to work after completing their training.
Our numerous new building projects, which, among others, are being realised throughout Germany for our investors, allow the young people to get to know complex processes.
They gain an insight into the contract negotiations during the acquisition, our portfolio managers’ commercial planning, the technicians’ building inspections of and finally the letting of the new flats by our property managers. In addition to attending vocational school, our trainees have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge by participating in in-house training or external seminars.
