I have been working at INDUSTRIA in asset and property management since 2008. From 2008 to 2011, I completed a dual study programme in Real Estate Management with INDUSTRIA as my training company. As Senior Property Manager, I have also been working as a trainer at our company for the past year and have therefore switched from being a trainee to a trainer an area I find very exciting. I am looking forward to the challenges of introducing young people to our company, familiarising them with the tasks and the team and winning them over to INDUSTRIA.

I am delighted to be able to work for INDUSTRIA as a trainer, among other things. With us, trainees and dual students have the opportunity to gain an overview of all business areas in the real estate industry at one office location. This allows them to gain a detailed insight into all technical and commercial departments and, during the training period, to decide for themselves which area they would like to work in after completing their training.
Our numerous new building projects, which are being realised throughout Germany for our investors, allow our young trainees to familiarise themselves with complex processes.
They gain an insight into contract negotiations during acquisitions, our portfolio managers’ commercial planning tasks, the technicians’ building inspections of new apartments and, finally, the letting of these new apartments by our property managers. In addition to attending vocational school, our trainees have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge by participating in in-house training courses or external seminars.
