"The winner in the "Retail Real Estate Residential" category convinced us by having the highest occupancy rate in the peer group. As of 30 June 2022, 97.5% of Industria Wohnen’s Fokus Wohnen Deutschland portfolio was let. The value development is also superb: the real estate fund achieved a BVI return of 4.4% over the year, the highest in its peer group. The young portfolio with good energy alignment forms a solid basis for its future ESG orientation."
