FOKUS WOHNEN DEUTSCHLAND is a public property fund designed to exploit the German real estate market’s potentials. With the €uro-FundAwards, the Finanzen Verlag GmbH, Munich, regularly features funds with the highest increase in value over the past one, three, five, ten and 20 years. The basis for this evaluation is the Fund Universe of the monthly magazine €uro consisting of mutual funds with a minimum volume of €20 million. The cut-off date for this evaluation was 31.12.2022. Measured by its performance, the fund achieved third place in both the three and five-year categories. Measured by its performance, the fund was ranked 2nd with its one-year performance and achieved third place in both the three and five-year categories. The "SCOPE AWARD Best Asset Manager Winner 2023 Retail Real Estate Residential" was awarded by Scope Analysis GmbH on 17 November 2022.
